Listing Agreement

By adding a listing(s) to QNation.com (“QNation”), you guarantee that your listing represents an organization, product, individual, or service with practices that support equality for all people regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender identity. You understand that hate speech and profanity will not be tolerated.

You warrant that the listing(s) you provide are accurate and up-to-date. You understand that QNation will immediately deactivate or delete, without refund, any listing(s) that is found to be unlawful, homophobic, misleading or falsified in any manner.

You acknowledge that the information you have added to QNation.com is done so voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree that you will use common sense when determining what contact information should be made publicly accessible. You hereby acknowledge that Q Nation LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or income, or emotional distress that results from listing your organization, product, individual or service on QNation.com.

QNation LLC reserves the right to refuse to list any business for any reason at any time.
